When you request a reservation we collect your name, email, phone number, party size, date and time, and any notes you add, such as a birthday or a seating preference.

If you tell us about allergies or dietary needs, we use that only to prepare your meal safely and keep it with that booking.

Our hosting provider records basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.

• To confirm, change or remind you about your booking.
• To plan private dining and events you ask us about.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse.
• If you accept analytics, to understand which pages are useful, in aggregate.

The site works without optional cookies. If you click Accept in the cookie banner we load privacy-friendly analytics that counts page views without building a profile of you. If you click Decline, nothing optional loads.

Your choice is stored in your own browser. Change it any time with Cookie settings in the footer.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run the site and the restaurant:

• Website hosting (for example Vercel).
• Email delivery for booking requests (for example Resend).
• Spam protection on forms (for example Cloudflare Turnstile).

Reservation details are kept for 12 months so we can recognise returning guests and answer questions about a visit, then deleted. Dietary notes are deleted after your visit.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. Email hello@example.com and we will reply within 30 days.
